EAT: Einstein’sImage

It’s no wonder one of the city’s most popular restaurants shares the same name with one of the nation’s most famous minds. Albert Einstein may have been brilliant when it came to physics, but when it comes to devour-ready drinks and flavor-filled food, Atlanta’s own Einstein’s is a genuine genius. Not to be confused with the bagel chain, Einstein’s is a restaurant and bar that welcomes lingering, savoring and laughing with good friends. The Midtown staple comprises three 1920s-era bungalows, with a thriving patio scene that can accommodate up to 200. The new bar and lounge occupies the first bungalow and boasts a new cocktail menu. Although their Bloody Marys are famous in town, there are also creative options like the Blueberry Martini ($9) or the Radioactive Iced Tea ($9). And you can always save some cash by ordering up a $6 Smirnoff martini. And let’s not forget the food. Einstein’s serves brunch, lunch and dinner and offers menu items like the Einstein Grille ($9), featuring egg-dipped sourdough bread, smoked turkey, bacon, tomato, Swiss and cheddar cheeses and topped with a raspberry white wine sauce. Other items include Tequila Shrimp ($17) and the loaded Midtown Cobb salad ($11). If eating here doesn’t make you smarter, it will definitely make your mouth happy. Image
